Expose your business to the community and support a great cause for only $40 and a donation of a Gift basket, service or item of comparible price ($40). For your vendor fee you will get an indoor 8x8 space to sell your items, dinner for yourself, and exposure to countless potential customers, and a paddle so you can join the fun and win cool prizes too. There will be time before dinner, during breaks or after the event for people to come view your table and purchase items directly from you. If you have a helper with you, no worries you can purchase an additional ticket for them for only $20 which includes dinner and a paddle to play.

During the event, each vendor will be asked to stand up and share about their business and explain the item they are donating.  You will also choose how many quarters it will take to bid on the item.  Usually 2-3 depending on the value of the item.

- The event will be from 6 to 9 pm. 

- Set up will be from 4 to 6 pm. (You will need to stay for the entire event).

- Vendors must be on site by 5:45. No Refunds

- All tables will be indoors. Tables & chairs will be included

- No electric will be provided. No generators allowed.
